New Year, New Hair
January 10, 2013
The start of a new year is the perfect time to do something new and different. So without any hesitation, I finally chopped off my long locks. (Actually, I could not wait any longer so I had my hair cut slightly before the new year!)
I went to my friend’s salon, Express Salon in BF Homes Parañaque– the same salon that permed my hair months back and told Japanese Precision Cutter Shun-san that I wanted this cut.
It was quite an exciting moment : )
They say when you change your hair, you change your life. True enough, I feel different in a good way. But that’s me… always embracing change. This was not the first time I cut my hair really short, though this hair cut is probably the shortest.
So happy no bad hair day to me! At least for the next 1 to 2 months : )

Yaaaay!!! BIG BIG thanks to my friend Chase Tinio, owner of the newly opened Express Hair Studio in BF Homes Phase 1 Parañaque.
He made me try the L’oreal Extenso and the L’Oreal Professionnel Diacolor Richesse Gloss treatment just this morning.
The experts Rod of L’Oreal Professionnel Philippines, Chase’s in-house Japanese Precision Cutter Shun-san and Color Technician Alvin worked on my hair from cut to curl to color. I really had a pleasant time! They were all very professional and well trained.
Thanks Chase for the lovely treat ; ) Can’t wait to show off my new hair! xx

I had a hair cut.
November 26, 2009
Initially, I wanted to grow my hair really long, like up until the waist. But I discovered a Japanese salon located 5 minutes away from my flat.
It took me 1 phone call and a few pages from Zimbio.com. The next thing I know, I was having my hair examined by Ryoko Yasuda in Sei Salon. She’s a sweetie. I wanted Agyness’ new cut which I found online:
But Ryoko educated me on my face shape and how I should choose cuts that will give a better structure on my soft asian features. So, instead, I got new fringes and a short bob. Happy nevertheless.
I like Ryoko, she was so nice and sweet. She showed me ways on how I can style my new hair. The haircut was pretty expensive but it was a good experience overall.
