Hongkee Tongkee

A quick trip to one of my fave cities in the world. Hong Kong in December is really cool, figuratively and well, quite literally. The weather was refreshing to say the least. A consistent 17 degrees was something my best friend and I enjoyed. A few retail stores were on winter sale, unfortunately not so useful when shopping for Manila weather.

But the food, as always, we madly enjoyed. Dimsum, noodles, some duck, my favorite Xiaolongbao, those sweet buns w condensed milk and yes, a trip to Ebeneezers.

Christmas shopping was a success… can’t wait to be back for their summer sale.

Rose Quartz + Serenity

How cute are these colors! Pantone‘s 2016 Color(s) of the Year were officially announced two days ago and for the first time, they chose two colors that will trend in the coming new year.

Very much like a pale blush color and a darker powder blue, these two colors are screaming Spring and Summer. A bit of a fan, however it does remind me of baby showers and christening. Though, those too are becoming popular in my calendar…
