Simply no place like Manila
Manila, I’m coming home”
A Japanese friend visited me a few months back. Naturally, we took her to Intramuros and she enjoyed seeing the Old Manila.
It was also refreshing for me, as I felt like a tourist in my own country.
We ate in Cafe Intramuros, helmed by renowned chef Cristopher Tamayo. The pesto pasta was yummy!
Note to self : Get out of my comfort zone & explore other cities nearby.
